Stylist Terms

Your responsibilities

You are an independent professional responsible for your services, licensing, pricing, safety, and conduct. QuickBook provides the booking link only and is not a marketplace or employer.

Service listings

Keep your services, prices, deposits, choices, and photos accurate. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Managing appointments

Respond to requests promptly — unanswered requests expire after 24 hours. Confirm, decline, or offer new times through your dashboard.

Cancellation policies

Write clear Booking Policies. Clients see them before requesting and on their appointment page. If you cancel a confirmed appointment, treat the client fairly.

Client privacy

Use client names, phone numbers, social handles, and inspiration photos only to provide the booked service. Do not sell or publish them.

Upcoming Booking Deposit Fee

QuickBook plans to introduce a service fee associated with booking deposits in the future. Additional details, including the applicable fee and how it will be collected, will be communicated before the fee takes effect.

External deposits

Deposits are paid directly to your stylist using their configured external payment methods. QuickBook does not charge, hold, refund, or pay out money, and does not automatically split fees. Reporting a sent deposit is not proof of payment; your stylist must verify receipt.

Verify receipt in your payment account before marking a deposit received. Never enter card numbers, passwords, or bank login credentials in QuickBook.
