Cancellation & Refund Rules

Client cancellations

You can cancel a pending, offered, or confirmed appointment from your private appointment page before its start time.

Whether any deposit is returned depends on your stylist's own Booking Policies shown before you book and on your appointment page.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Stylists may treat late cancellations or missed appointments as non-refundable under their Booking Policies.

Stylist cancellations

If your stylist cancels a confirmed appointment, you should normally be offered a full deposit refund or a new time.

Declined or expired requests

If a request is declined or not answered within 24 hours, no appointment is made. No deposit is requested before confirmation.

Refunds right now

QuickBook does not process real payments yet, so QuickBook cannot issue refunds. Cancelling never means a refund was processed. Contact your stylist about any money you paid them directly.
