Client Booking Terms
QuickBook's role
QuickBook is a booking-link tool. Each stylist is an independent professional who provides and is responsible for their own services. QuickBook is not the service provider.
Booking requests
Sending a request does not book an appointment. Your stylist may confirm it, decline it, or offer a different time. Requests expire if not answered within 24 hours.
Confirmations and deposits
An appointment is booked only once your stylist confirms it (or you accept a time they offered). Your stylist may require a deposit, shown on the service.
Deposits are paid directly to your stylist using their configured external payment methods. QuickBook does not charge, hold, refund, or pay out money, and does not automatically split fees. Reporting a sent deposit is not proof of payment; your stylist must verify receipt.
Upcoming Booking Deposit Fee
QuickBook plans to introduce a service fee associated with booking deposits in the future. Additional details, including the applicable fee and how it will be collected, will be communicated before the fee takes effect.
Cancellations and refunds
See the Cancellation & Refund Rules and your stylist's Booking Policies. Refunds are never automatic today.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate contact details, arrive on time, and follow your stylist's policies. The stylist's address is shared only close to a confirmed appointment; do not share it publicly.
